Senior Consultant — Analytics & Digitalization

About the role
M2P Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to own and shape analytics and digitalization engagements for our aviation and infrastructure clients. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role — you will bring the methodology, manage the engagement, and be the primary relationship owner for your clients.
You will work on some of the most analytically demanding problems in aviation: demand forecasting and capacity modelling, AI readiness assessments, technology master planning, and the design of data architectures that actually serve operational decision-making. The expectation is that you can own this work from scoping to delivery.
What you will do
- Design and lead end-to-end analytics and digitalization engagements for airline, airport, and infrastructure clients
- Own the client relationship at director and C-suite level — from problem scoping through findings and implementation
- Build and validate advanced analytical models including demand forecasting, capacity simulation, and financial scenario planning
- Lead technology assessments, vendor evaluations, and IT master planning processes
- Manage and mentor junior team members across active engagements
- Contribute to M2P's intellectual capital — publishing insights, developing reusable frameworks, and shaping our analytics methodology
- Support business development including proposal writing and client presentations

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of management consulting or industry experience, with a strong analytics or technology specialization
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying quantitative models in operational contexts
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools — Excel (advanced), Python, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent
- Experience leading client-facing engagements from scoping to delivery with senior stakeholder accountability
- Background in aviation, airports, infrastructure, or a complex regulated industry strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to turn complex analysis into clear executive narrative
