M2P Consulting US is the American practice of M2P Consulting, founded in Germany in 1998. For more than 25 years, we have worked with some of the world's most operationally complex organizations: airlines, airports, government authorities, and major infrastructure operators. Our work spans people, process, and technology in equal measure.

We are not a generalist firm. Our work is concentrated in four practice areas where we have accumulated genuine depth: analytics and demand modelling, business redesign and process transformation, digitalization and technology delivery, and program management. Within each, our consultants bring sector knowledge that comes from doing the work repeatedly, not from adapting frameworks designed for other contexts.

What distinguishes M2P is how we engage. The consultants who scope your challenge are the same people who execute it. We do not hand off to junior teams after the kickoff. We do not deliver a presentation and exit. We stay through implementation, through resistance, through the difficult handoffs.
